Twitch

Led the creator growth strategy in EMEA, targeting music and non-gaming creators through Twitch's first ever scalable creator program used to onboard and pay 500+ creators. 
Actively contributed to the shaping of the strategy and tactics of the team as part of the global Leadership Team. 
I supported the team in implementing and executing all newly defined steps of their day-to-day tasks, including: creator segments identification, sign-offs, evaluation through an EMEA-wide standardised creator profile evaluation tool, outreach, contracting, account management, and learnings consolidation.

Led music creator acquisitions in the UK and EMEA as part of the WMG, UMG and Merlin deal pipelines as well as via direct UGC deals. ​Result: 24 fully executed and managed acquisition deals throughout the year.

Paved the way for Twitch Music in EMEA. ​Result: I built and implemented the first EMEA music strategy and built the team which now consists of 3 fully operational members. 

Drove Twitch's partnerships with the MMF and AIM as part of the education and industry relations work which resulted in Twitch being present at multiple high profile industry events.

Co-developed the first external facing music deck and represented Twitch at industry events and conferences (IMS Ibiza, Liverpool Sound City, AIM Connected, Future Independents, Future Music Forum Barcelona etc.) and label roadshows which resulted in new leads for artists onboardings and increased awareness of Music on Twitch.

Acted as EMEA music lead for TwitchCon Amsterdam which resulted in: 
- a selection of 40 music creators for the events stages and booking 3 newly acquired artists to perform live for the Twitch community​
- organised meetings for the music creators and the Twitch C-Suite Execs which helped build a direct personal connection between our community and Twitch leadership, allowing the music creators to feel heard, valued, and a part of the conversation regarding the solution to DJs on Twitch and the growth of the Music category.
