As  head of the babyfood category I was responsible to develop, align and implement a global commercial strategy and innovation pipeline.  Hero was a highly decentralised organization and my job was to identify synergies and secure both local and global results in co-op with local GMs. Together with a large crossfunctional team we rolled out the first ever multimarket launch within Hero.
