Senior Fundraising Manager

Fundraising Account Manager 

Landmarks Specialist College

•	Management of the preparation and submission of grant making applications.
•	Generate grant income to meet costs and targets outlined in the fundraising strategy. 
•	Maintain excellent relationships with grant funders who are currently supporting the charity and developing new relationships with prospective funders. 
•	Prospect new income generation & grant funding opportunities. 
•	Support the development of new projects/reshape existing projects to maximise funding potential. 
•	Line management of one staff member. 
•	Maintain and support development of an accurate database that informs reporting and activity associated with grant applications, funder management and income targets.
•	Use database reporting to monitor and manage team targets. 
•	Develop awareness raising and income generation activities. 
•	Identify other income generation sources. 
•	Provide colleagues with a range of fundraising materials to promote the work and products of the college. 
•	Develop new fundraising campaigns and assist their ongoing promotion.

Grants & Fundraising Manager

Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice

•	Profile the regional area to understand its donor segmentation and identify new opportunities for income generation whilst developing existing relationships.
•	Build strong relationships with corporates, local businesses, community groups, support groups, educational establishments etc. 
•	Achieve set KPIs and objectives within a specific region through donor cultivation and stewardship. 
•	Meet set targets and budgets working to an agreed fundraising plan.
•	Prospect and identify potential new corporate support and attend regular networking events, to be the recognised face of Bluebell Wood in the assigned region. 
•	Implement new and creative campaigns/ideas for income generation. 
•	Pitch to companies/community organisations to secure Charity Partnerships. 
•	Develop rapport with existing clients/donors, whilst also managing key accounts. 
•	Ensure that all communication and interaction with donors is captured through the Fundraising
        CRM System and that all donors are thanked timely and efficiently.

Regional Fundraiser (Barnsley & Rotherham)

•	Manage a number of supporter/volunteer groups and develop key supporters to represent the hospice.
•	Work closely with schools and colleges to gain Charity of the Year and on-going support. 
•	Co-ordinate and write press releases to gain publicity support and awareness.
•	Work closely with the Marketing & PR team to raise the profile in all areas covered. 
•	Work with current and bereaved BWCH families to support with their fundraising and in memory events/campaigns. 
•	Manage key accounts.

Community Fundraiser

Rotherham Hospice

Develop and implement a number of fundraising events and campaigns all aimed at raising funds towards the £4.2 million per annum. 
Planning and organising of fundraising events and campaigns. 
Represent the Hospice at internal and external events where appropriate.
Work as school's co-ordinator to get schools involved in business enterprise and develop to involve fundraising.
Work as part of a team, to plan and prioritise workloads and attend regular team meetings. 
To maintain an accurate record of contacts/phone/visits and update Donorflex to ensure that good practice is met.
Manage all Social Media and Rotherham Hospice website. 
Work closely with the local press for PR purposes.

Events and Community Fundraiser

To support the Fundraising Team to develop and implement fundraising events and challenges. 
Produce relevant documentation and literature to support events. 
To support the Fundraising Team so that Rotherham Hospice has a presence at all agreed suitable high profile and other events throughout the region.

I’m a passionate, professional and hardworking individual who is adept at building and growing relationships with both corporate clients and individuals. I am capable and willing to try new challenges, and deal with a wide variety of situations such as relationship management, project management and team leadership. I have a strong creative flair and enjoy looking at new and innovative ways to succeed to build and grow income whilst also maintaining excellent donor relationships.
Being in the Third Sector for over 10 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet the most incredible and inspiring people. I’m lucky enough to see the direct impact my role makes to the lives of those who need support, which gives me the drive and motivation to do my job well.
