I am leading a group of Data Coordinators/ Analysts in the Inventory side of the Incora business, which spreads its functionality across the regions of EMEA, APAC and North Americas. Main task of my team is to provide reporting and analysis within the business area to optimize material replenishment and inventory management to enable delivery of contracted performance. 

In addition to access, analyse, process and validate data I am ensuring that all inputs and outputs of the relevant business processes are factual and in accordance with agreed polices. I perform regularly reviews of KPIs and provide recommendations to a business and assessments of the policies.

Time of professional and personal growth. Developing new skills, learning new technologies and tools to understand and process the data better. Undertaking online programming courses and engaging in various projects using:

- Python: Request, Beautiful Soup, Selenium for data scraping; Numpy, Pandas for data cleaning and manipulation; Matplotlib, Seaborn for data visualization; Scikit Learn for regression, and still learning;
- SQL: query commands also in the Python environment;
- Tableau: creating data visualizations and dashboards on Tableau Desktop and Tableau Public.

KPMG España

Competition Economics is a field of economics that deals with market competition analytics. Since I have joined the team in KPMG I have been involved in the market analysis and elaboration of economic and expert reports in the context of cartels and cases of abuse of dominance position among firms. That is, I was analyzing whether the particular market functioned correctly or there was empirical evidence of competition distortion.

As an example, in one of the projects I have actively participated in the design of a microeconomics model mimicking the dynamics observed in the Spanish market of public tenders. More recently I have been working on the application of the economics and econometrics to quantify damages arising from antitrust infringements and analysis of business strategies.

Main responsibilities:
-        Data gathering and cleaning
-        Performing preliminary statistics and data analytics
-        Data modeling (developing econometric predictive and explanatory models using mainly STATA)
-        Data visualization
-        Economic Report creation

I have been additionally performing fraud analysis and assessments using forensic tools like Nuix or Relativity (e-Discovery software)

Business Paradise is a start-up that promotes remote-work and offers training and consulting for new remote entrepreneurs. As an intern, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about the creation of Business Development strategies, as well as put in practice my analytical skills.

Main responsibilities:
- Market research and generation of a database with potential sales leads;
- Performing statistics of the remote work’s market;
- Preparation of the presentations for clients with data visualizations;
- Helping in the development of business expansion strategies.

Amadeus is an international company that creates IT solutions for the travel industry. I had the privilege of working there in a very international environment at the Payments Department. 

Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of the department’s travel spending and budget controlling;
- Controlling the compliance of travel strategies with internal policies;
- Preparing reports on expenditures;
- Helping in the automatization of the internal expense registration system.

I have worked in the Polish branch of IBM, at that time the second-largest IBM Delivery Center in the world. As an intern in the Communication Department, I have learned strategies of approaching clients of various cultural backgrounds, gained valuable skills in events organization and project management.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the official company's blog and creating social media content;
- Running internal and external communication;
- Internal events organization (as an example: IBM Bake-off, where the collected funds were destined for charity);
- Market research for the Public Relation’ purposes.

Advercom is a small internationally trading company, whose main focus was establishing reliable relations with Chinese exporters and importing requested products for small European enterprises. I have learned a lot about business culture of China and gained hands-on experience in the importing process.

Main responsibilities:
- Market research of Chinese producers and creation of Database of potential leads;
- Analysis and estimation of import costs;
- Cost-Benefit analysis of different scenarios;
- Regulatory Analysis.
