Iversoft is a tiny but mighty software agency that focuses on mobile first experiences.

During my time I got to improve an existing mobile app that Canadian's are using to buy real-estate as well as ideate on the concepts for SaaS product in healthcare industry.

At Deloitte I got to collaborate with a variety of Canadian government agencies, non-profit and fortune 500 organizations. Here, I designed simple yet accessible digital products for humans just like you and I.  

During my tenure, I designed B2B and B2C web portals and mobile apps using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), conducted extensive digital accessability audits to ensure deliverables are WCAG 2.1 and AODA compliant, developed comprehensive playbooks and digital guides, helped clients build their digital branding strategy, all while  working in a virtual environment with teams (10-65 people) across multiple time zones.

Humber College

Leveraging 10 years of interviewing skills and 4 years of working in the design industry, to guide students through the process of landing their first job in Product Design. My goal is to ease students anxiety associated with their career hunt and support them throughout the entire process.

Landing this paid co-op after only 2 semesters of college. Here I began learning how to apply UX/UI design theory in the real world. 

- Streamlined team's processes by creating a digital playbook for the design department.
- Rapidly prototyped  concepts and solutions for a mobile app that will help Ontario employees easily submit a workplace injury claim. 
- Designed and shipped an internal website for the DEI community that outlined available resources, events, and updates.

Although on the books my job was to provide excellent customer experience, I did so much more than that. 
Working at the airport has its ebbs and flows, and because I can't sit still, I was doing things even during down time. Back then I was just doing things that made me *happy*. Now I realize that I was doing Service Designer tasks.

For example: 
- Improved efficiency of re-stock carts on the floor by organizing them in order of operations, labeled all of the items, and visually improved the aesthetic. 
-Documented the entire job process and created a detailed Job Manuel that was later used in training new employees. 
- Streamlined off-boarding process for flights that had over 10 guests with special needs. Resulting in faster and safer arrival home, all while reducing number of injuries my coworkers endured.
- Without knowing it, conducted user persona interviews while assisting guests that required special care. Why? Because often times I would spend anywhere between 10 minutes and 2 hours with a guest, so to make times pass by faster I would ask them to share their stories with me. Some stories I would even document in a little red journal because they were so fascinating to me.

Hi there, I'm Anna a Product Designer who transforms complex processes into simple and accessible digital experiences. 

Since 2020 I've been learning and practicing Product Design craft. During this time I worked at a tiny but mighty agency (Iversoft), massive consulting firm (Deloitte), Canadian government agency (WSIB), and did a bit of freelance work for a fin-tech start-up. 
This diverse experience taught me how to build intuitive and accessible products, regardless of the scope and budget.
