As an 8-time All-American athlete with a degree in neuroscience & behavior (plus a Master’s in Business Management), I've harnessed the power of the mind to conquer challenges both on the track and in the boardroom. From qualifying for the Olympic trials in the marathon to co-founding a venture dedicated to supporting high achievers, my experiences have shaped my passion for coaching others to greatness. I've faced career-threatening injuries head-on, overcoming a simultaneous double foot fracture to secure a national championship and set a high school national record within a year. Dealing with a bulging disc in my back, I not only healed but coached myself to qualify for the Olympic trials marathon. The mental skills that fueled my athletic success translate seamlessly to the professional arena. Discipline, drive, focus, confidence, resilience, and vitality are the cornerstones of my approach. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, not just academically but from real-world trials, I aim to empower individuals to break through mental barriers and align their thoughts and physiology with their goals. As the Founder of Next Level Racing with Anna Rohrer, I focus on coaching athletes in both the mental and physical aspects of competition. At Dreamfuel, I've tripled the coaching team while maintaining an NPS average score above 70.
