Business Operations Lead

Responsible for the resource management of over 300 people worldwide of the team. Ensuring that the essential expertise is allocated to the needs of every project we are delivering across the globe while at the same time making sure that we are meeting the budget. 
Working closely with Regional Managers and Program Managers to project the upcoming demand. Based on the demand I prepare the recruiting or optimization strategy and monitor it accordingly.
In this role I have the challenge to grow the team rapidly and for that I need to liaise with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition team, Procurement, Finance and keep monitoring recruitment status of around 100 open positions worldwide.
Furthermore, together with Regional Managers, I control the big projects' budgets and make sure that we are inline in terms of resource allocation and cost.

In this role I had to supervise all departments (Sales, After Sales and Supportive). 
I prepared monthly forecasting reports based on which I liaised with HR to plan the upcoming work schedule. 
Worked closely with HR & Training departments in regards to staffing needs for recruiting and knowledge gaps we needed to cover and create a training plan.
Together with Quality department, ensured that all procedures were in place and that they were followed. Moreover, we monitored the KPIs and SLAs of each team and pushed for corrective actions.

Was responsible for putting down and inspecting procedures in shops and back office. Dealt with legal issues of the company and was responsible for preparation of all legal documents.
Prepared reports for the performance of the shop and for controls over the shops for wrong purchases or stock deficits.

At this position I was responsible for data maintenace in the software including pricing. I was also responsible for the
supervision of invoice recording and all the procedures related to purchases.
