Project Manager for sub-project; Management and Governance within Project Functional requirements and design, within the Program, Future Health Information Environment (FVM) Stockholm Region.

The project’s focus is to write functional requirements within Management and Governance for the procurement object Healthcare and Care continuity for FVM. These requirements form the basis for the right scope, the right solution, the right maturity, the right cost and the right implementation together with evaluation criteria’s for evaluation.

A company-specific methodology is used which is based on process modeling of the current situation and the future state of the health care services and capabilities (capability model).

The project Management and Governance creates conditions for healthcare employees and managers to be able to control the healthcare business, by being able to plan capacity, resources and processes to be able to control the implementation of good care, evaluate and feedback results to the business to enable continuous improvement work. Prerequisite for managing the business is Knowledge Management, which involves measures to improve the conditions for developing, collecting, reusing, sharing and efficiently applying the best knowledge, information and data.

IT Project Manager

Being a Business Analyst means being the bridge between the IT department (technicians) and the business (clinics). It requires responsiveness skills and a key understanding of needs, requirements, processes, terminology and communication, since it’s essential that both parties understand each other.

My main tasks include: 
•	Making IT functions and support more effective by: requiring (capture and analyze) IT needs and requirements to ensure IT delivery and project returns on quality and cost-effectiveness
•	Being the first contact against organizations within Karolinska University Hospital as well as to lead projects and assignments from an operational management perspective
•	I have also worked as a Project Manager for the newly developed real-time board; Patient Place Platform at The New Karolinska University Hospital Building (NKS)
•	I sometimes do data retrieval requests from Karolinska database for clinical research

From May 2017 to today, I’m also working within the Program: Future Health Information Environment (FVM SLL) within: Requirements and Business Design, as a Requirement Analyst. FMV SLL is the county's largest initiative for digital transformation in health care so far.

My focus now includes methodology for collection of requirements, attributes, different standards for an Electronic Health Record such as HL7 - EHR and PHR, requirements structure, process modeling and general continuous requirement gathering, analyzing and prioritizing.
