As a part of the Engineering Change Management Team (ECM) I had the following tasks:
- Administrating all changes made to master data and documentation related to: products, process, and tools, transport and lifting equipment used for the production, installation and maintenance of the SGRE ON turbines.
- Identifying problems and supporting the ECM users/stakeholders
- Organizing clean-ups of data and documentation
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports/ KPI's and presented them to the manager of ECM
- Creating and updating ECM guides/process descriptions in cooperation with the ECM process team
- Knowledge with SAP
