Gumtree is Australia's local marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers in the local community to buy, sell and find almost anything across hundreds of categories – including: Home & Garden, Cars, Jobs and more. Catering to more than 7 million Australian visitors every month, Gumtree hosts more than 3 million listings across hundreds of categories and 85,000 new ads are listed every day.

As National Sales Manager I was responsible for revenue and general vibrancy of Gumtree's Jobs category through facilitation of partnerships with recruitment advertisers and relationships with internal technology and product teams based both in Australia and offshore. I also executed financial management and strategic planning for Gumtree's jobs vertical whilst leading our Business Development and Account Management teams.

Operating under the Sensis umbrella, True Local has been helping Australians discover and experience all things local since 2006. True Local is an online directory of Australian businesses connecting millions of consumers with local services and businesses every month.

As Sales Manager I managed a team of acquisition consultants responsible for B2B sales of digital advertising solutions across web, mobile and social media platforms. I oversaw recruitment, induction and ongoing coaching and development of my sales team and performed consistently to daily, weekly and monthly productivity and revenue KPIs.

News Corp is Australia’s number one and most influential media organisation with more than 150 prestige brands across news, sport and lifestyle. Each month more than 17 million Australians choose to consume news and information from News Corp's digital and print products – more than any other media group in Australia.

As Media Sales Manager I provided first line management and development to teams of up to 16 outbound sales representatives responsible for advertising sales within local, metro and digital news publications. Managing an annual budget of $4.8million across SMB clients within a direct sales environment, I executed effective coaching and development of individuals to retain and promote key talent within the business. My consistent delivery of KPI targets in revenue, SLAs, productivity, pipeline progression and contract rate agreements saw me awarded Team Leader of the Quarter in Q3 FY17.

Media Sales Manager

As a Media Sales Market Manager I was responsible for achieving individual revenue targets for advertising sales within local and metro print and digital news publications. Utilising solution-based selling according to individual client needs, I consistently achieved high volumes of outbound activity managed and executed through SFDC campaigns. I also became adept at managing relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver advertising sales solutions within tight deadlines.

Vodafone is one of the leading telecommunication companies in Australia. Vodafone provides mobile services to more than 6.8 million customers in Australia and has a significant presence in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

As a Retail Sales Manager I managed stores with employee headcounts ranging from 8 to 30. I was responsible for performance to revenue KPIs, staff management, team development, productivity growth, and conducting regular store meetings and performance counselling with staff. I oversaw recruitment, stock management, client contracts and visual merchandising, and provided ongoing employee training in sales skills, product and systems.
