Marketing Project Manager, successfully collaborated with marketing and development teams to deliver the creation of a new brand, mobile application and website for Slice Mobile, a Lyca Mobile company. My role involved managing vendor relationships, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

➤ Coordinated the setup of infrastructure, CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud), as well as digital/creative/SEO strategies for Slice Mobile, partnering with Plintron through Lyca Mobile, resulting in the launch of one of the UK’s first digital SIM mobile networks.

Programme Lead, managing the roll-out & integration of Planview Adaptive Work (Time & Project Portfolio Management Solution) with SAP/Salesforce CPQ integrations across Publicis media agencies. Engaged collaboratively with a portfolio of over 100 stakeholders.

Elsevier

Key role in the successful delivery of a software product integration aimed at adding identifiers to Elsevier unstructured content.   Management of 10 resources, including DevOps, QA and Product Owner.

➤ Built a new Big data pipeline on Elsevier’s Entellect Data platform, comprising 10+ new & reusable microservices so that data scientists can perform analysis to improve ROI on clinical trials.

Agile Delivery Consultant, responsible for establishing a lean portfolio and the delivery of an innovative new fare collection programme based in North America, including agile coaching and training.

Engaged to establish an in house participant recruitment function, and develop the processes for a lean portfolio of research projects central to product engineering, accelerating project delivery by 25%.

➤ Successfully delivered ‘rapid insights’ to the WhatsApp consumer app to aid product and engineering teams with problem solving around usability issues on the desktop calling feature.

Responsible for the delivery assurance on a portfolio of 100+ infrastructure projects, boosting cross-business collaboration by 25%, whilst effectively managing an aggregated IT CAPEX budget of $31m.

➤ Evaluated, appointed nd onboarded delivery partners on large cloud-based programmes, reviewed and re-engineered the As-Is delivery process, subsequently delivering improved workflows and tools.

Portfolio Manager

Responsible for leading the implementation of a Windows 10 refresh programme across 13 countries in EMEA, including upgrade and replacement over 7,000 PCs across 6 groups and 100+ sites in just 12 months.

Responsible for the delivery of a Windows 10 roll-out and refresh programme across 30+ sites in the UK, including the replacement of 3,000+ PCs across the media and advertising business.

➤ Defined and developed an outsourcing deal with Dell, and managed the end-to-end engagement from RFP, to deployment and handover to BAU. Managed a multi-functional team of 60 staff.

Harrods

Appointed as a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $0.5m upgrade across an SQL server estate, remediating the entire SQL 2004/2008 estate.
