As a former Director of Product Management, I used to lead teams of people building innovative tech products. Yet, after a while, I realized that I loved people more than technology, and this motivated my transition to coaching. At that time, I already had many years of experience as a therapy & coaching client, and I was deeply changed by it. That experience gave me more than I had ever expected. Now, I focus on giving that to others. People usually come to coaching for something practical: e.g., to build executive presence, manage time more effectively, etc. However, for that change to be sustainable, a deeper transformation is required. This transformation happens through a new type of relationship that is built in coaching. In this relationship, I don't play the role of an expert. My role is to help you explore your own thinking and feelings, to hear and understand yourself more deeply. And it turns out that if we do just that — explore things as they are, without any judgment — the path forward reveals itself. I am a strong believer that everyone can find their own path when given a supportive environment. My job is to create that environment for you.
