Role Summary - Drive operational strategy and decision making based on production and opex objectives. I help us get to where we want to be based on where we are today!
-   The MCBU Planning Advisor roles are responsible for assisting in preparation of all BU business planning activities, monthly X+Y outlook process and predictability, budget tracking and forecasting, execution excellence, and reporting. 
-   Assists in development of management and executive presentations; conveying key messages. Focus on delivering a robust Business Plan and Outlooks. 
-   Pursues opportunities to improve processes and implementation of leading performance and key initiatives into the planning and X+Y outlook processes.

Planning Advisor

Role Summary – Support Team Lead, Reservoir Engineer Team and unconventional development areas (Permian, Delaware Basin, New Mexico). Key job responsibilities include support funding packages, performance lookbacks and provide monthly production forecasting for b-plan & Commercial Supply & Trading. Coordinate cross-functional alignment for completion designs, drawdown strategy and IPSO forecast for new POPs. In 2019, contributed 18,375 BOED growth production to MCBU (~25% of AD grow production, 120% higher than b-plan) with 42 POPs. 

•	Unlocking Unconventionals Frac Hit Management Strategy Team 
   o	Deliver assessment on economic and technical effectiveness of pressure protect on reducing frac hit impact on parent and child wells
   o	Peer review project outcomes across different BU & Permian projects in Chevron & external workshops
   o	Develop DOE (design of experiment) and recommend future projects
   o	Coordinated & Executed Pressure Protect Pilots NM. Performed DCA & RTA analysis to understand differences in frac hit responses in retrograde grade condensate & volatile oil fluids

•	Well Performance & Benchmarking
   o	Through RTA and well performance, recognized need to change inflight landing strategy away from Wolfcamp C & D to oilier Wolfcamp A formation in 2019, saving ~$21MM + 4.6MMBO EUR
   o	Retrograde Condensate, Volatile Oil & Black Oil Fluid
   o	Reduced proppant volume & fluid intensity frac design while maintaining production performance, saving ~$10MM 

•	Flowback & POP Strategy
   o	Downhole Debottlenecking PI: opex savings $10,000-$125,000/well & improved early production acceleration of ~25%. 
   o	Execute & analyze retrograde condensate & high reservoir pressure drawdown studies (on-going)

   o	Mentored performance RE interns (2019, 2020) 
   o	Peer reviews: type curve, reserves, lease reviews, pressure protect analysis & workflows

Performance Reservoir Engr, Permian

Role Summary –Enrich value of chevron’s Permian acreage and development through increase in strategic acreage transactions. 

•	Portfolio Management Tool (PMT) - Managed tool development. PMT combines Chevron land ownership data and existing formation picks into a geospatial system that enables users to visualize Chevron’s ownership by reservoir. This process provides the framework that allows teams to quickly evaluate and execute strategic transactions. 
   o	Coordinated with Land, IT & AD to conceptualize end state. Completed initial concept, UAT (end-user test) and production within 3.5 months. 
   o	Impact - tool is still being used as primary system to analyze Chevron and offset operator land positions for value, tradeoffs and proposals 

•	War Wink, New Mexico – Phase 1 work to propose strategy that can maximize asset NPV. Proposed opportunities for potential trades with other Permian operators to 1)increase working interest and 2)land position

Portfolio Development Engineer

Role Summary – Prepare sales packages to be brought to market. Manage schedule effectively to exceed deliverables while incorporating assets from legacy divestment efforts. Facilitated numerous cross-functional teams in support of developing new workflows.

•Met or exceeded CIP divestment schedules for all assets in 2016 & 2017
   o	2016: Marketed & closed 15 divestment packages, >$150MM in revenue (Alabama, East Oklahoma, Wyoming, Texas Panhandle)
   o	2017: Marketed & closed 8 divestment packages, >$375MM in revenue (San Juan Basin, Oklahoma, Utah, East Texas)
• NW Shelf Divestment Project Manager– Developed sale & packaging strategy of 45 different field codes located on the “north west” fringe of Delaware Basin for August VDR (virtual data room). 
   o	13,000 net acres, 117 wells, valued at >$15MM with over 560,000 P1 remaining reserves. Asset has been successfully divested & closed.


•Process Improvements
   o	Developed schedule of deliverables using MS Project within 1 month by interfacing with cross-functional teams (Asset Development, Corporate Business & Development, Land, Legal, IT, Records Management, Reserves, Operations, HES, Commercial, Finance, Well Permitting, HR, PGPA, Supply Chain, CBRES.)
   o	Records & Data Transfer – Developed process on data transfer for physical and virtual records required upon closing. Included cost analysis for data management.
   o	Divest Guide – Assembled and documented divest process for asset development and field operations workflows

Divest Project Coordinator, Petroleum Engineer

Role Summary – Evaluate Wyoming & San Juan Basin (New Mexico) phase 2 assessment. Generate technical support & documentation to prepare assets for divestment including reserves bookings as QRE-IT, economic evaluation and impairment calculations.

•	Table Rock Reserves & Impairment – added +1.5 MMBOE net adds to reserves, + $25MM undiscounted before tax cash flow. Computed impairment for 2nd & 3rd quarter review, resulted in $21MM Q3 2015 impairment case 
•	Wyoming Basin Evaluation - Review field operations, development and economics to provide recommendation on divestment opportunity. Evaluation included Whitney Canyon-Carter Creek gas plant & deep gas (Nugget formation) wells, assumed potential ~$80MM in cash sales

Reservoir Engineer, Wyoming, San Juan NM

Role Summary – Drive workflow & project efficiencies to minimize base decline while executing targeted growth projects. Improve cost management and optimize production through reduced downtime, project prioritization and execution for Bethany, Van and Cayuga fields in East Texas (Piney Woods).

•	Haynesville Re-frac project manager for 1st Chevron Haynesville re-frac
     o	Accelerated project timeline from phase 0-3 in 3 months. Met re-frac target timeline Q4 2014
     o	Oversaw successful land and water negotiations
     o	Coordinated reservoir fluids compatibility study for H2S & CO2
     o	Worked with FE on wellhead & pipeline configurations
     o	Witnessed signs of successful diversion & stimulation of new rock on site
