As an executive AI product strategist recognized for visionary data products/solutions across multiple industries, my mission is to evangelize data and AI usefulness to companies and clients by articulating the underlying business value and making the model-to-product journey seamless. My superpower is the ability to develop vision and strategy, followed by leading the execution of innovative, market-new data science & AI/ML-powered products. A strong technical background, combined with data product PLM and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, enables me to envision the value, identify the possible, and direct agile development, GTM preparation, and launches. My greatest joy has been launching and growing results-oriented departments. I had the privilege of establishing analytics business units, centralizing data scientists and product/project managers, and through strategic hiring of top data science and ML/AI engineering talent, launching a new department with 40+ members within 12 months. I am proud of facilitating the development of a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on mentoring and internal promotions with a commitment to DEI, which helped achieve retention of +95%. I drive companies to gain maximum business value from enterprise data assets by envisioning, designing, and executing data platforms and AI/ML-powered products. My insights are crucial to building innovative software products powered by AI and training customer-facing teams on presenting these to markets. In addition, I initiate and drive efforts to improve vendor management, product and service margins, and intellectual property (IP) portfolios. I identify and negotiate with vendors to improve data quality and reduce costs and overheads. As an inventor of 10+ patents, my work has been instrumental in building IP portfolios. I am a speaker & panelist on AI products and women in Tech at conferences and I am a Boston founding member of Chief. My volunteering corporate contributions include Board membership, mentorship, and leadership on DEI across companies.
