As an IT Recruitment consultant I am responsible for the following:
- managing end-to-end recruitment process in the field of IT positions
- expert-level sourcing, continuously using multiple sources
- proactive usage of social media for Randstad purposes
- continuous prescreening, selecting, introducing, and supporting of candidates
- continuous account management tasks (preparing quality reports to clients, everyday guidance of clients, coordinating the work of consultants working for the same account)
- keep in touch with corporate representatives daily regarding recruitment and business development issues
- representing Randstad on various platforms, meet-ups, networking events
- responsible for mentoring and training junior colleagues and trainees

IT Recruitment Consultant

As a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant I am responsible for:
- managing end-to-end recruitment process in the field of IT positions
- continuous prescreening, selecting, introducing, and supporting of candidates
- keeping contact with client companies on a daily basis
- representing Randstad on various platforms, meet-ups, networking events
- acting as an account manager for more active clients parallelly
- keep in touch with corporate representatives on a daily basis regarding recruitment and business development issues

Junior IT Recruitment Consultant

- Identifying, approaching, and preparing interviews with potential candidates, checking their interests, salary expectations, and professional backgrounds
- Finding the best sources to reach the best potential candidates
- Always looking for new potential sources

- Inviting suitable candidates to a detailed interview with consultants
- Database- management and supporting the recruitment processes

IT Sourcing Associate

I am supporting the CLARITY Project in Tanzania remotely as a Communication Advisor, through Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO).  

My responsibilities include:
- Working closely with one of the National volunteers to develop social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, and reports about the outcome of the Clarity Project
- Supporting the team with preparing speeches and press releases 
- Coordinating a process to build the capacity of project partners on story writing/telling, photography, branding, media risk mitigation, and spokesperson.
- Supporting project partners to develop high-quality advocacy and communication products, including drafting, editing, producing, and distributing written and visual materials.
