-Support end to end participant journey over a 12-week program that connects transitioning
service members with professional training experience in a company with corporate level roles
-Teach classes on job search skills for transitioning service members, plan and execute an orientation week 3 times per year for incoming service members
-Initiate and maintain direct business development increasing opportunities with new company
partners/sponsors for service member growth within the workforce

Corporate Fellowships - Program Manager - CO, WY, AZ, UT, NM

Cone Health

-Serve as a resource to the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing passive and active candidates
assisted with difficult searches for Registered Nurses and Nursing Support staff
-Create sourcing strategies to target, identify and engage potential candidates; maintain and
update SOPs to be followed by our team
-Navigate iCIMS CRM daily & create pipelines to help find qualified candidates
-Acquire new candidates by using social networking sites, job boards and internet research; utilize
LinkedIn network, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Facebook
-Evaluate profiles of candidates, perform preliminary phone screens to determine availability,
interest, salary range and organizational fit
-Advertise, create flyers, and conduct monthly virtual hiring fairs in Brazen

Talent Acquisition Specialist

•	Oversee the operations by ensuring deadlines are met, correspondences, communication, website updates, identify, screen and interview Dream Achiever applicants
•	Work with the Board of Directors and committees to implement successful strategies for growth in fundraising, the number of Dream Achievers served, and number of volunteers
•	Maintain ongoing data to support key metrics and referral pipeline 
•	Implement a comprehensive fund development monitoring system and communication to include individual gifts, major donors, corporate and foundation support, and special events

•	Participation in Air Force-wide audit identifying any inaccuracies in housing allowances and prepare vouchers with proper lines of accounting 
•      Payroll corrections, start and stop certain pay entitlements, helped members understand their pay, ensured payroll was correct, completed travel payroll 
•	Brief an average of 100 incoming Airmen every week on travel pay and allowances, conduct monthly in office trainings for an average of 20 people, while assisting over 150 customers per day with military pay inquiries
•	Calculate leave balance, deployed entitlements, pay allowances, and process travel vouchers ensuring accurate reimbursement per Air Force and Government Regulations

Hiring Our Heroes facilitates impactful career transitions for military service members, and as Program Manager, I oversee the Corporate Fellowship Program across five states. With my experience in this role, I manage end-to-end program delivery, including business development, stakeholder engagement, and participant support. This involves creating partnerships with corporate sponsors, executing orientation events, and teaching job search strategies to ensure fellows are equipped for successful civilian careers.
