Je suis Responsable Marketing du Groupe SPECIMADE (www.specimade.com) qui regroupe 3 marques : 
FABER FRANCE, AGC et MATS DRAPEAUX SERVICES. 
Conception, Fabrication & Installation de supports visuels personnalisés de communication, signalétique, et décoration.

Mes missions :
• Définir et élaborer la stratégie de l'offre produits du Groupe et piloter la création et l'évolution de cette offre.
• Participer activement à la mise en oeuvre du nouveau positionnement Groupe avec la Direction Générale et le service Communication.
•  Identifier les opportunités de développement en analysant les performances de nos gammes, celles de nos concurrents, et en étudiant les tendances du marché.
•  Centraliser et piloter les demandes entrantes de R&D : étudier les coûts de développement R&D / potentiel CA. 
•  Identifier les opportunités d'innovation produits.
•  Remonter les informations des besoins du marché pour initier des plans d'action et d'innovation.
•  Apporter un soutien à l'équipe commerciale pour la détection de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
•  Animation commerciale : rédaction des argumentaires produits, évolutions des prix, formations aux nouveaux produits, participation aux appels d'offres.
• Développer et améliorer les bases de données produits (caractéristiques techniques, argumentaires et photos) et qualifier la base clients.
• Développer la culture Marketing au sein du Groupe.
• Effectuer des enquêtes de satisfaction clients et proposer des améliorations.
• Définir les critères d'éligibilité de nos produits à nos engagements RSE et créer une gamme de produits RSE.

• Define and implement the Marketing/Sales strategy
• Analyze the product mix and segment the offering, according to the market typologies.
