More than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and communication within small and medium-sized companies in B2B, allowed me to acquire the knowledge and develop the skills to define and to deploy a marketing roadmap on different markets. My missions have always been very diversified, leading me to work with all the company's departments (R&D, QSE, Production, etc). I am able to adapt on a daily basis. The transversality of my missions has enabled me to highlight my excellent human contact, my ability to listen, my empathy and my benevolence, which have always facilitated my relations with all those involved. The agile SME environment gave me the chance to express my creativity in strategic and operational functions, forcing me to see situations from different angles, to put them into perspective and thus to gain perspective. Since 2005, I have been working in industrial environments (plastics and paint manufacturing) with strong environmental requirements. My strength: being rigorous and logical in order to establish a strategic plan that is coherent with all the company's constraints and services, and at the same time keeping a certain freshness and creativity so as not to be overwhelmed by consumer trends. I like to learn. I am a committed, dynamic, daring person, enthusiastic about leaving my comfort zone and always ready for new challenges. I like to cook, to revisit recipes, in order to share a moment of conviviality with my loved ones. As a sportswoman, walking in nature, off the beaten track, is a source of inspiration.
