When Hurtigruten moved its service center to Tallinn, Estonia, I was involved in building this up, and was responsible for the structure and training of the staff with a total of 100 employees.

We created several departments that should support the world in selling Hurtigruten; the Nordic countries, England, USA, Germany, France, Ticket Office.

Building up a call center in Tallinn, Estonia

• Responsible for organization and logistics for up to 800 passengers

Security Consultancies in China helping companies and organisations to deal with security related issues such as business intelligence, security audits, investigations and crisis management connected to corporate, brands and individuals.

• Result: Built up and ran a sales- and marketing department
