InTouch is a web based knowledge system, where support requests and technical articles are made available to the whole user community within Schlumberger. Selected parts of the database are available to external clients. Introduction of InTouch changed the way the small original support team could provide assistance and knowledge. This was an important step to prepare the organisation for the impact Petrel would get in the market in years to come.
