Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Key tasks include leadership, management and accountability for marketing team, calendar creation and management, vendor management, campaign ideation, program implementation, production management and quality control. 

• Manage annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; managing, implementing, and executing the marketing policies and practices, which will include market research, competitor analysis and research of industry trends

• Selection, evaluation, and day to day management of vendor relationships
• Brainstorming and developing ideas to promote products and services through public relations initiatives and existing public relations vendors

• Program implementation and reporting to achieve strategic goals and KPIs
• Production management and quality control
• Analysis of market data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Oversee Trade Show planning, budget, and execution

Oversee daily social media efforts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram utilizing HubSpot and native platforms. Run, analyze, and present monthly social media, blog, and email marketing reports. Develop custom graphic designs for sales and project administration departments. Manage two monthly and two quarterly emails in addition to all national conference emails.  

Selected accomplishments:

- Developed and implemented a comprehensive social media program including editorial calendar, source content library, and posting algorithm based on available content and marketing goals. Saw a 294% increase in Twitter impressions, 65% increase in LinkedIn impressions, 100% increase in Twitter engagement, and 58% increase in LinkedIn engagement. Increased visits from Facebook to company website 167%. Community growth rates averaged 22%.

- Lead on national conference marketing efforts including graphic design, promotional materials, social media marketing, and email marketing. 

- Lead on marketing department’s transition to the HubSpot platform. Redesigned all email templates, implemented email automation, transitioned company blog from WordPress, and built landing pages and CTAs on company website.  

- Created a series of brand-compliant templates in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign, in addition to building a series of starting-point Adobe Photoshop graphics for the project administration team to customize and use in proposals.

Freelance

Assisted organizations with marketing strategies. Provided services including brand development, logo design, print and digital collateral creation, website development, social media strategy and management, email marketing strategy, and technology implementation.

Selected accomplishments:

- Worked with a healthy living organization in Hinsdale, IL, to rebrand and create consistency across media. Project included the development, construction, and launch of a new WordPress website, the creation of a social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, digital video editing for website launch video and subsequent interview content, and the creation of promotional marketing emails. 

- Contracted with an advertising agency in Timonium, MD, to design website banners for an automobile website with strict 24-hour turnaround times. Developed logos and email blasts for special promotions.

- Consulted with a healthy living organization in Chicago, IL, to expand brand image. Project focused on infusing established logo design through all digital and print marketing efforts including a new website, social media platforms, email newsletters, PowerPoint templates, and promotional flyers.

Developed, built, and launched a new WordPress website including the creation of gated content on landing pages to generate and capture new leads.  Wrote targeted content for company blog and utilized Google Analytics to drive content strategy. Designed layout, graphics, and copy for monthly newsletters as well as for white papers, technical documents, and all print marketing collateral. Built client portal to streamline support requests.
