As a Talent Manager I was responsible to manage, grow and nurture the Talent team and to drive the Talent Acquisition strategy. Over all soft HR was my general focus. Following were my core responsibilities: 

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding programs and facilitate new employee integration.
- Conduct performance appraisals, set goals, and create development plans.
- Coordinate training programs and promote continuous learning.
- Assist in career pathing and succession planning.

- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Mediate conflicts and develop company policies.
- Align talent management strategies with business objectives and conduct workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies.

Page Personnel is a leading recruitment agency specialized in permanent and temporary recruitment of young professionals, clerical staff and specialists. Page Personnel is a brand of Page Group, worldwide leader with a presence in 36 countries.

I was responsible for the Sales Administration team in the region of Flemish Brabant. I was keeping the team motivated & profitable, and at the same time maintaining high quality talent acquisition service towards my own client portfolio. Within a result oriented and KPI driven environment, my personal approach of coaching and doing follow up made the difference.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for clients:
• Managing end-to-end hiring process: job intake, job posting, active sourcing, candidate selection, phone/video interviews, assessment follow-up, offer process, contract negotiation, requesting documentation to do contract preparation, handle post-hire issues
• Worked directly with hiring managers to understand job specifications, evaluate compensation, organize selection processes with the goal of ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Participated in creating a standardized recruitment process to optimize the quality, time & cost efficiency of the recruitment strategy

As an internal Manager at Page Personnel:
• Assisting my team members by 1:1 adapted coaching and training
• Strategical decisions on dividing obtained business, to have the highest quality service
• Daily tracking of KPI's to ensure a great volume of work
• Monthly observing team's P&L with a focus on end year target
• On and off boarding team hires with responsibility of training them to reach their full potential to deliver high quality service
• Share knowledge of Belgian labor market in the light of Talent Acquisition and its challenges
