Change is a constant. It brings many opportunities for those who are able to organise their work in an agile way, and is often a challenge for those who try to hold on to old methods, procedures and rituals. Instead of trying to stay in control, it is better to focus on increasing agility and focus on well being; to leave behind old ways of thinking and doing and start thinking and doing in a new way. What I offer are techniques and tools like scrum, storytelling, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and virtual reality to stimulate agility, effectiveness and happiness at work in a changing environment.
