I have always been interested in how we humans function and how our minds work. From a Social science degree, to social work, to parenting, to early childhood training and practice, to further study, to tutoring early childhood students, to working for 30 years with children with extra learning needs, to teaching English to International students, to training in The Journey, to training and practicing in the Leela School of awakening. All of this has been an ever widening appreciation of how we function, the factors that influence our development and how we can change the patterns. And now, as well as supporting people to let go of old stuck patterns (those ones that got set up when we were young and immature, that not longer serve) I have the honour of supporting people to know their true self. In letting go of addictive behaviours and trauma responses people can become free to live their life how they want to. I also support people to inquire into their own awakening - those who are aware enough to want to. I have written an E-book called The Unacknowledged Trauma which is available free on my website.
