As a CoActive Training Institute (CTI) trained coach, I am excited to bring my lived experiences, intuition, industry expertise, and coaching tools to the work I do with individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. I came to the Bay Area to work as a high-tech product manager and evolved into a marketing maven with over 10 years working with big tech and startups, driving large-scale marketing & community initiatives with creative passion and a growth mindset. This experience allowed me to cultivate thriving teams and organizational success. While employed in tech, my passion for community led me to create Shalon, an organization to drive vital conversations that connect, educate and inspire participants. Shalon brings people from all backgrounds and perspectives together to unwind, share our stories and encourages action oriented conversations about community issues and personal and professional development. Connecting with experts and curious, motivated individuals allows everyone at the table to expand their perspectives, make change and evolve. I grew up in Colorado, spent time in Atlanta, Paris, Los Angeles and New York and currently live in San Francisco with my husband, new son and puppy. I love reading, dancing, hiking (in the wild and urban), cooking & eating. Travel used to be a huge part of my life and I can’t wait to get back to exploring the world!
