I am a counsellor and advocate for survivors of mental and emotional abuse, with over five years of experience in helping women heal from gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, and trauma. I work in my own practice counselling specializing in supporting women who have left abusive relationships. My mission is to provide a safe and compassionate space for my clients to share their stories, validate their feelings, and empower them to rebuild their self-esteem and self-worth. I use evidence-based techniques and tools to help them cope with the psychological effects of abuse, set healthy boundaries, and achieve their personal and professional goals. I am passionate about helping women live a life free from manipulation and full of confidence.
