The past 19 years have seen me actively involved in human empowerment by way of public speaking, motivational presentations; facilitating change navigation and in-house corporate training. The need for true empowerment, with outcomes based results and goals is huge. Facilitating Emotional Intelligence, linked to Health and Wellness has become my biggest purpose in the Corporate Environment. Helping employees to connect mind and heart with the body, and providing solid studies to show the wonderful results, is part of every session. Health and Wellness ensure more healthy ENERGY in the Workplace! A NEW addition to my identity in the working world, is being a speaker and trainer on 'Women in Leadership.' (Finding true confidence, building resilience and influencing with true professional presence). The empowerment of women; especially in male dominated industries is not just necessary; it is vital; they need to discover their power, which refers to a healthy self-image, self-worth, self-esteem and REAL confidence. Offering Power Hours during Lunch Breaks for staff of companies who like a short, entertaining and motivational presentation. I have begun to conduct one-day seminars to companies who want to invest in their older employees, titled: "RE-Invent your life!"
