I am a purpose-driven marketer who leads brands to create authentic connections with employees, customers, and local communities. From marketing to organizational culture to inclusion and belonging, I believe everything we do can be traced back to one foundation: human connection. I received my MBA and graduate certificate in High Performing Organizational Culture from Westminster College. My personal leadership mantra comes from Bob Chapman and Raj Sisodia, authors of "Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family:" “We measure success by the way we touch the lives of people.” I apply this philosophy by helping employees unleash their potential. Inclusion and Belonging: In addition, I am a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. I believe a high performing culture is achieved by breaking down the barriers for all employees to reach their highest potential, ensuring each employee feels they belong and is valued as an individual, and measuring success by the way we touch their lives. Most important to me is supporting fellow women of color to find the courage and confidence to own their stories and pursue their aspirations. Raised in Salt Lake City and a recent transplant to Minneapolis, I enjoy traveling, live music, and exploring my new home.
