Senior Manager Corporate Development

MTU Maintenance Hannover GmbH

In this role I am responsible for building a talent pipeline and creating a wholistic leadership journey at MTU Hanover. Key achievements include:

◼ Talent Pipeline: Building and implementing an “Early Talent”-program with 65 participants in the first two years
◼ Leadership journey: Extending our leadership development portfolio and creating an aligned journey together with stakeholders worldwide
◼ Employee performance review / development dialog: Creating and rolling out a modern annual employee dialog
◼ Culture Change: Co-creating and implementing a big culture change project at MTU Hanover, including change stories, collaboration workshops, a multiplicator program and many more
◼ Strategic Projects: Leading the strategic project “vocational training of the future”, resulting in new future-skill trainings and the introduction of a new training profession among others

People & Organization Development

AWO Stuttgart

As head of consulting & training I was responsible for leading 15 different programs in the field of social work including German language courses, counselling, democracy education, youth participation and others. Key achievements include:

◼ Leading 40 employees and 30 freelancers, controlling 2 Mio. € budget p. a.
◼ Driving growth: Establishing new positions and enlarging the freelancer pool
◼ Quality management: Leading the recertification process of the AWO Stuttgart language courses
◼ Digitalization: Digitalizing the majority of programs, with e. g. virtual classrooms, counselling via chat, youth education on social media and virtual collaboration tools

Head of Migration, Consulting and Language

As a team lead, I was responsible for leading 7 programs in the field of social work directed at young people with a migration background. Key achievements include:

◼ Leading 18 employees, controlling 1 Mio. € budget p. a.
◼ Team development: Restructuring the team, establishing a new meeting and collaboration culture
◼ Health management: Establishing a new health culture, introducing health-related quality standards

Team Lead

As a consultant, I was responsible for establishing a counselling program for refugees, social workers and volunteers on the recognition of foreign degrees and career perspectives in Germany. Key achievments:

◼ Counselling over 1500 people, training over 500 people
◼ Evaluation: Creating the statistic evaluation of all recognition consultations in Baden-Wuerttemberg
◼ Publication: Creating and publishing the annual statistic reports (s. a.), the annual reports of my company and a public brochure on degree recognition
