For over 20 years, I’ve worked in HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Onboarding — mostly in international environments. At Antalis Estonia, I get to support both people and business. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: I love the challenge of finding the right person for the right role — like solving a human puzzle. From headhunting and resume screening to candidate experience and interviews, I believe every hiring process should be a warm dialogue — a space where both sides explore, connect, and find a mutual fit. Learning & Development: Training is one of my passions — whether I’m organizing workshops, sharing knowledge, or designing onboarding experiences. I see growth as one of the most exciting journeys. Communication & Copywriting: Strong communication is the heart of HR. I enjoy writing messages and posts, content, and guides that bring people clarity — always with a warm tone and a personal touch. Systems & Quality: I also manage our ISO quality system — blending structure, process, and people skills in one combo. I believe people thrive best when supported by clear frameworks and the freedom to excel within them. My daily work is a blend of 4 P-s: people, purpose, and paper & packaging — and I love it.
