Providing a full recruitment life cycle for a different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pool until onboarding qualified candidates):

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms.
• Screening candidate profiles AND CV for competency with the job requirements.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Arranging telephone and video interviews.
• Assess motivation, soft and hard skills during interviews by conducting structured interviews on competencies.
• Proactively build candidates’ pipeline through a network of potential candidates
• Maintain a database of candidates.
• Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position.
