•	To assist the buyer in specific category plan to achieve commercial objectives and achieve financial performance targets.
•	To assist the operational team in UK as point of contact regarding OTC products delivery into warehouse by providing in time operational and administrative support on behalf of buyers to Supply chain, Logistics, Goods in and Stock control teams.
•	To perform all the weekly and monthly procedures to extract, manage and analyse total sales data of OTC products in the pharmacies and reporting back to the buyers and suppliers for sales analysis.
•	To support buyers in raising invoices and purchase orders as point of contact with Finance team to resolve the queries.
•	To assist the buyers by taking all the OTC commercial queries from the retail support team daily and liaising with the relevant department to resolve these queries.
•	To assist buyers in getting collaboration with the new suppliers for their account setup and old suppliers for day-to-day queries from buyers on OTC products.
•	To manage the supplier turnover tracker monthly to achieve financial targets.
•	To prepare, maintain and take ownership of the OTC promotional briefs for all the categories by liaising with the relevant departments and meeting the monthly deadlines.
•	To assist the buyers to perform cost and retail price analysis on the category plan to make necessary amendments whenever required by the buyers on OTC products.
•	To assist buyers in managing the enterprise portals data and exporting various excel reports whenever requested.
•	Analyse data and make range and price recommendations during category range reviews. 
•	Having strong data analytical skills and can multitask on various excel files.

2). In the DASS department, I have successfully worked as Manager Administration and Procurement for 04 months at the head office Islamabad due to the transfer of the previous manager to Karachi. 
I have run the whole head office for 04 months as a manager with direct reporting to the CEO and GM operations.

3). I have lead, supervised and successfuly completed the project of Shifting of whole Head Office in 2 months from H-8/4 Islamabad to G-13/4 Islamabad by performing procurement of 10 million rupees and by providing administrative, Logistics and supply chain support and doing team work.
