FIREFUELED LLC is a lifestyle and fitness management company that provides personalized dietary and lifestyle coaching to clients around the world. As a Lifestyle Coach, I help them achieve their health and wellness goals by designing and implementing effective, safe, and sustainable plans. I have 7 years of coaching experience and have helped 2000+ clients in over 25 countries overcome various health challenges, such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and PCOS to name a few. I am passionate about sports and fitness, and I have a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Sports Management with a specialization in International Sports Business from St. John's University in New York. I also have a certification as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which enables me to enhance sports performance and prevent injuries for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. My own fitness journey has been recognized by several prestigious competitions, such as Musclemania India, where I won the runner-up titles in Bodybuilding and Sports Modeling in 2015. I share my knowledge and experience with a large and engaged online community on Instagram, where I post regular updates related to my lifestyle coaching.
