As a Hub Honcho/Manager, I managed one of it's largest hubs in North zone. Majorly

-  Leading a team of Community managers & Key account managers to deploy set processes that help in running a business hub smoothely. Managing different training and dev programms to ensure skill upgradation and individual growth mapping in the team

- Owning and Managing key business metrcis like P&L, Recurring Revenue, EBITDA figures, Expenses Management and Depreciation factor for the Business Hub. Analyzing and chartering Business KRAs to improve product outreach and NPS amongst recurring clients.

- Working on creating a Reporting Structure around Business KPIs (for a team of individuals)  to ensure efficiency in Accomplishing Quarterly and Year based Org wide Objectives. analyzing and chartering Business and team KRAs to improve product outreach and NPS amongst 200 companies monthly  (recurring clients).  Devising implementation strategies for DMSs for process based operational projects.


- Curating and Maintaining processes to refine hub operations, enterprise sales, product marketing and business collaborations for nearly 180 different businesses. These include established brands like OLX, Paytm, Marsh & Mclennan and Tolexo (Indiamart)

- Managing partnerships with Governement and Non-Government organizations to make a self sustainbale ecosystem in the hub and zone. Working on deliverables and shared objectives in domains of common interests.

The job description entails handling the project 'Propel' in Delhi. The project functions across 16 cities in the country and caters to the holistic and career development of 11th and 12th grade kids in shelter homes.
Moreover, the profile also requires for me to lead a team of nearly 50 volunteers, looking into each and every aspect, right from problem definition to logistics, hence helping each member to achieve optimum work efficacy, while shaping a better future for these kids.

Other aspects associated with the project are:

• Training the volunteers at regular intervals regarding maintaining the required project efficiency in line with the methodologies withing the MAD operational framework.
• Maintaining an efficient chain of communication with the national team to track and report the progress made every week.
• Delivering modules that seek to instill various life and transitional skills amongst the students.	
• Getting a career counselor on-board and exposing all students towards various employment  
  opportunities.  	
• Forming a separate team to take care of the college admission for each student within the 
   project.
