Product Manager leading the Advertising & Reporting project across RollWorks BU focused on hitting revenue goals and managing renewals for the BU.
- Developed and launched a new attribution report that showcases the impact of Advertising on B2B customers' revenue and business goals. This initiative was undertaken to address the churn problem among customers who cited 'Unable to Measure Value' as a reason. The introduction of the attribution model resulted in an impressive 84% reduction in churn attributed to the inability to measure value over three quarters, thereby significantly preserving revenue for the business.
- Successfully launched a new Audience Sync integration with LinkedIn, achieving an adoption rate of over 90% among customers and additional revenue from prospects. 
- Conducted extensive research for multiple projects, including running stack ranking exercises with over 40+ customers and completing more than 50 customer interviews within a year. This rigorous research and analysis led to my recognition within RollWorks for being 'Customer Obsessed'. Product Manager for a nascent high growth small business product for Yahoo Small Business - Business Maker(BM), an all in one solution for SMB owners
- Created and launched the MVP for BM customer onboarding & product dashboard forming the core platform of the product with focus on seamless customer experience.
- Stakeholder managed partner deals with vSplash, PayPal, 1800Accountant and productized 3rd party products into our single platform
- Implemented additional sales channels in-product (lead generation forms, chat, gated content) leading to 5% conversion from freemium to paid users.

          - Revamped the UI/UX, to allow easy customisation of the complex configuration of the cloud solution through UI.

          - Added advanced search filters. Refactored code and migrated to new framework.
• Interacted with customers to understand the software deficiency and to plan the required solutions through enhancements. Designed Epics and User Stories.

•Built a tool to automate the delivery of customised emails which helped improve and personalise RBS customer service performance using Java and SOAP Servers.
•Designed interactive and feature rich templates in Adobe LiveCycle and Thymeleaf (open source template generator) .
