IBM Endpoint Management/BigFix enables enterprises to see and manage physical and virtual endpoints - servers, desktops, roaming laptops, and specialized equipment such as point-of-sale devices, ATMs and self-service kiosks.

•	Acted liaison to the IBM Tivoli General Manager for key client and account teams to facilitate executive meetings, assist with deal closures, and conduct briefings.  Worked with Client Account teams post-event to ensure follow-through and client success.
•	Directed Tivoli GM schedule to ensure critical development, services engagement and strategic business decisions were prioritized.  Engaged with Executives across IBM to prepare and execute in project work for GM review.
•	Prepared and assisted in GM presentations for IBM, Tivoli Board of Advisors, and external Client & Analyst events.

•	Lead Tivoli Accelerated Value Program to 71% CAGR from 2006 to 2010, averaging 141% of Plan and > 50 GP%
•	Grew AVP team from 3 to 45 direct employees and >30 matrix employees worldwide
•	Directed Tivoli Support Planning organization through four acquisitions, representing an 86% increase in product assets and a total of > 110 GA releases in from 2006-2008, with only an 8% increase in staff

•	Lead the Tivoli Monitoring Technical Support strategy for consolidation of distributed, mainframe, and application management service, representing over 25,000 unique client requests per year and identification of over 1,500 product defects

Tivoli WW Support Strategy, Planning and Offerings Manager

•	Managed P&L for $125 million Maintenance & Support business, representing ~ 50% of total corporate revenue. This included establishment of procedural and financial controls including approval of all non-conforming Maintenance & Support contracts and pricing and WW revenue forecasting.
•	Reduced Maintenance cancellations by 25% from 2000 to 2002 through establishment of Maintenance Planning Process (MaPP) with the Maintenance Renewal (CRR) Sales team. Later formally transitioned this program into Siebel solution via Siebel Sales module for Candle Sales.
•	Increased Maintenance revenues by implementing a 5% annual increase on non-contracted (year to year) customers and re-launched Maintenance Cancellation surveys and analysis for Support, Sales and Marketing.

•	Generated >$10 million of new business as part of cross-functional teams designing, packaging and marketing systems integration services, IT solutions and modernization services.
•	Conducted competitor & market analysis, pricing, and provided key financial, customer and services analysis and forecasts for major service products and contracts.  
•	Designed and developed database applications to track and report over $100 million in program expenses and provided strategic planning, analysis and reports for the forecasting of $50 million in technical work.

•	Consolidated over $100 million in annual revenue reports from four major magazines and over a dozen ancillary products. 
•	Monitored and managed income statements for four major magazine publications.  Performed all financial analysis, capital budgeting and promotional spending activities for print and related products.
