Anthony is the founder and managing partner of a VC fund specializing in AI and blockchain technology based assets. The key area of focus is the widespread and exponential integration of AI and blockchain technology into traditional industries and business cases, leading to increased efficiency and value creation in areas such as financial transactions, legal contracts, supply chains, CBDCs, 3D manufacturing and many others like tokenization of real world assets (both in private and public capital markets), advertisement industry, travel tech, entertainment, etc. Past experiences outside of the financial industry are also worth mentioning as they led Anthony to broaden his vision on international trades and inter-state cooperation. As an Officer in the French Navy, he liaised with European, American and Asian military and diplomatic services to coordinate a joint task force against maritime piracy in the region of East Africa (Operation Atalanta). Following his time in the Navy, Anthony went on to work as a rocket scientist specializing in embedded software and cryptographic systems on missiles, drones, aircrafts (both civilian and military) and all sorts of complex systems. He was heavily involved in several international industrial programs between space and defense companies and European governments (mainly France, UK, Spain and Germany). At that time, Anthony got also involved in an Investment Advisory capacity with a €1 billion EUR government fund investing in early stage startups in the Defence sector, where he more particularly focused on AI groundbreaking projects. As for his academic background, he completed the very selective path of “Classe Préparatoire Scientifique” and “Grande École d’Ingénieur” that is typical of the French higher education system. He graduated with a BSc in Mathematics, Physics and Engineering Sciences from Classe Préparatoire Le Prytanée, after which he obtained an MSc in Software Engineering and Cryptography from the Grande École ENSTA Bretagne. Anthony is also blessed to have lived in various regions of the world: Europe (France, UK), the Caribbean (Guadeloupe and Sint Marteen) and Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand).
