I only had three clients that first year. I now consider myself blessed to have the distinct privilege to serve more than 300 families in several states. The biggest change in business that I have seen in that time is, of course, the Internet. It would certainly present more of a challenge to serve customers as far away as New York without this powerful medium. Early adoption was key. My background in IT proved invaluable in this pursuit.
