Supported a complex district in Central Indiana. Overseeing 13 C-Store locations and opening 1 CFL/Café store- 35 managers and 145 customer service associates. Top Ranking district for Food Safety Inspection scores and Speedway Standards scores (Monthly secret shops conducted by field specialist to grade store on interior/exterior cleanliness, food safety and program execution).

Upon leaving Speedway, the district went from a 71% execution level up to a 100% execution in just a year! Exceeding the company expectation of 85% of General Managers executing on Key Performance Indicators!

Worked through numerous leadership positions while being a full-time student in my time at Costco. My final position at Costco (Front End Manager): First task was changing everyone's mindset- I replaced everyone's badge title to "Member service is #1" Second, bringing attention to speed of service, up-selling of programs and track members per hour by cashier. Oversaw up to 60 Front End employees a day while having my hands in all departments (optical, pharmacy, membership, food court, and receiving/stocking) and addressing hundreds of customer concerns every day. This is where I learned how to handle multiple request and personality types in a fast paced, high pressure environment- Being organized, detailed, and diligent were a must. I quickly realized educating and developing my team would be priority number one.
