- Improved firmwide candidate engagement strategy that resulted in a 15% increase in positive candidate response rate and reduction in time-to-hire 
- Advised and supported high-performing candidates throughout the interview process with interview mock prep, resume consultation, and career development coaching

- Supported hiring through Freshly’s $21M Series B raise and it’s 40% headcount growth
- Partnered with Plant Managers, Engineering Directors, and corporate leadership team to hire across: Finance, Field Operations, Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Warehouse Operations, and Finance
- Coordinated with HR and people operations team to successfully onboard new hires and ensure a successful post-hire transition, resulting in improved retention rates

Vaco

- Supported the Director of Recruitment on key searches within hedge fund and private asset management. Notable clients included: Blackstone, Jane Street Technologies, PDT Partners, Millennium Asset Management, and Goldman Sachs
