Burnout is currently at pandemic levels in our society. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.

Our mission is to help professionals recognize and heal from burnout through clinically validated and evidence based mental health strategies, so they can connect to their true purpose and passion by living through their "Why".

Combined the founders have 28 years of work experience in the behavioral health field as therapists and in leadership roles. We thoroughly understand human behavior, variables within the business realm, and how to bridge these divides between owners, leadership, and staff. 

We are able to get to the core of the root issues through communication and empathy in an efficient and productive manner due to our ability to connect with all levels and staff involved as well as effectively implement practical solutions and educate all parties involved.

Vision Quest

Spearheaded program development efforts, tailored instructional methods and materials, and maintained student records in strict adherence to administrative, district, and federal regulations. • 
• Supervised six direct reports and fostered mutually beneficial relationships with parents, guardians, probation officers, teachers, counselors, and administrators.

•	Program Management: Oversaw administration of LGBTQA programs funded through grants by the U.S. Department of Health, Street Smart (HIV/Aids and STD Prevention), and Sex Education 101.
•	Therapeutic Techniques: Facilitated LGBTQA, Street Smart, and Sex Education 101 groups on a weekly basis.  Met with treatment team to assist with the identification and implementation of special needs regarding LGBTQA youth.
•	Crisis Intervention: Addressed behavioral issues and deescalated harmful and suicidal behavior through compassionate counseling and the application of therapeutic techniques.
•	Key Accomplishment: Wrote, implemented, and effected company-wide adoption of LGBTQA policies in collaboration with executives and board members.
