As an Analyst for Realty Consultants, USA, Inc. (formerly Integra Realty Resources - Chicago Metro), my responsibilities include performing valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures, such as: large scale apartment complexes for portfolios; strip centers and freestanding retail buildings; industrial buildings; apartment complexes; condominiums; self storage facilities; Class A & B, creative use office space; vacant land; industrial buildings; mixed use facilities; gas stations; and automobile dealerships. I have performed market studies for financing, tax appeal, and estate taxation purposes on properties located in major metropolitan, suburban, and rural areas throughout the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area. Other appraisal experience includes complex valuation of medical and surgical offices, multi-family properties, acquisitions, leasehold and leased fee properties.
