Doing digital marketing with a variety of clients across the globe has taught me about customer service and providing solutions to their business problems. With experience in business development, I have had the opportunity to work on 3 types of platforms (a multi-cloud, continuous delivery platform, a sales execution software, and a manufacturing and cost simulation platform), working with a variety of verticals, segments, industries, and personas, understanding a variety of business issues and the variety of solutions my companies have provided. Having recently worked with customers in Information Technology to identify their business problems and develop solutions technically. I continue to learn about software, information technology, business, and its latest industry trends and best practices.
