Since 2009, I've helped many of my clients to own two or more properties by applying the custom-fit solution from my 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. Applying this System for myself, I've also owned several local properties in Singapore simultaneously, including one overseas. Owning assets to hedge against inflation is one surest way to retire comfortably. I share this conviction with my clients and my associates. Besides sales, I want to bring the best out of every of my team agents by coaching and mentoring them regularly. It's a deep heartfelt satisfaction for me to see many of them receive Top Producer Awards consistently. I'm very grateful to all my clients and family for being awarded the prestigious Salespersons Achievement Award (2022) by the Singapore Estate Agent Association (SEAA) for exceptional sales performance. On a personal note, omakase is one of my many weak spots. I love the embrace of sunshine and the wind's caress during inline skating. Karaoke with my family and friends always lifts my spirit, although I can't sing in tune even if my life depended on it.
