Career Highlights: • Known as one of less than a dozen global leaders to introduce Agile Marketing in 2009 as well as the first enterprise Agile Sales leader in the world, pioneering it successfully at IBM. • Agile Coach and Strategist for IBM's CIO and her Cabinet from 2019 through 2020 before her departure to CVS Health. • Spearheaded the global business agility transformation for worldwide digital sales by envisioning roadmaps, capability plans, organization structure, and cultural transformation approach to design Agile Digital Sales Transformation journey. • Played a key role in scaling Agile Sales across Digital Sales for North America by providing extensive coaching, implementing best practices, and aligning with Agile Marketing efforts. • At IBM, have led the work prioritization process and system changes to incorporate AI and Machine Learning into Marketing and Sales to release at scale. • At a mid-range global SaaS company, increased the number of email hyper-targeted campaigns sent per month by 2x and accelerated click-through rate by 62% within nine months, which resulted in elevating sales qualified leads and the number of closed deals by 15%.
