Additionally, I serve as the CEO of TGS, which includes TGS Property Care, TGS MGMT, TGS Security Services, and TGS Properties & Estates. I'm also a qualified NLP coach. TGS Properties & Estates is a multimillion-pound property company focused on acquiring, renovating, and letting high-quality accommodation to professionals and business tenants. Since entering the property sector over a decade ago, I’ve built a strong portfolio and a reputation for delivering premium, well-managed accommodation. From that experience, we launched TGS Property Care—initially to manage our own portfolio, and now as a full-service solution that helps other landlords live the landlord lifestyle without the headaches. We handle everything from compliance to upkeep, giving landlords peace of mind while protecting and maximising the value of their investments. Alongside my property work, I have a strong operational background in the security industry—leading teams across NHS sites, major events, fire safety, waking watch, close protection, and global music tours. This naturally progressed into working as a Tour Coordinator within the music industry, where precision, discretion, and leadership are essential.
