The next 20 years are potentially the most disruptive in human history. As technology progresses at an exponential rate, most of the societal constructs that have been in place for hundreds/thousands of years will need to be re-architected. Adapting is necessary but it is ultimately against our nature to embrace such dramatic change - especially in business. In my role at ADAPT, I work directly with CxO's from ASX top 200 organisations to find new and innovative ways to not only embrace these demographic, social and economic changes, but to also find and capitalise on the opportunities ahead.
