The team worked both in-market and with HQ, to test and solve for resource needs that met the brand ethos of running “Operations Light”. Using a Human–Centered Design approach to conducting research, taking on the challenge of building revenue and a strong community partnership with residents, local stores, and building owners alike. Additionally overseeing a series of in-market prototyping that got our team to a series of insights and surfaced opportunities to offer a better guest experience.

The work I did with purpose led executive teams helped to build out organizational change both strategically as well as in physical spaces. Facilitating conversations, and working sessions that surfaced new ideas and opportunity areas. 

I helped bring to life a book of principles for financial leaders, constructed immersive experiences, conducted user testing, supported the product team to push the usability of new products, mentored designers, and brought research and strategy to life for our clients.

Our work with CEO's and their support teams lead us into systemic problem solving for brands that range a wide variety of industries including—retail, hospitality, product design, social media, food, public education, and tech. Not only in traditional design execution, but also through ethnographic interviews, immersive culture study, and an overarching rule of design thinking.

My team worked with Nike to develop an internal learning app for their sneaker development/design team. We designed a nonlinear solution for an otherwise linear platform.

Working directly with the founder, Richard Klien, I built a brand system and strategy for their new quarterly print publication. Collectively we explored their existing brand system, rethinking how it worked beyond its previously web-based presence.

My team produced a wide variety of brand collateral, and illustrations for Uber as they ran their initial rollouts across the states. Working closely with the Studio's Principle, we built out a typeface prototype for the organization to use across the brand. Additionally supporting with business development decks and designing possible solutions for final pitches.

Moving Brands

Stepping in as the lead designer, I worked primarily on a rebrand project for Sean Penn's non-profit Help Haiti Home and a support campaign. Building out a brand system for the nonprofit, including a storytelling platform in order to express their impact in Haiti.

I was responsible for designing several major album packages as well as POPs and other consumer end print ads. Working directly with major acts and their A&R teams to build an identity system and logo concepts.

Freelance Graphic Designer

A Design Director with over a decade of experience in brand design and building brand strategy. Anthony spent the last seven years at IDEO and SYP, working with C-Suite teams facilitating design thinking, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring strategy to life. An advocate for pushing the boundaries for design execution—in space, experience, print, or on screen.
