- I drive the entire recruitment lifecycle in Western Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc.), from initial hiring manager intakes to onboarding. My team and I handle around 400 recruitments per year for every divisions and functions (Production , R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance...everything) at every level. 
- I make sure that Ecolab's high standards of compliance, diversity, and ethics in every aspect of the recruitment and hiring process are followed. 
- I build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies.

As a result,  my team and I significantly reduced the cost per hire , with a very low agency usage. We build very strong relationship with hiring manager throughout all departments of the company and successfully onboard very talented new employees.
