As founder, I shaped the product vision and strategy, led the commercial rollout through public tenders, and closed all customer deals from 0 to 200+ local governments. I built a purpose-driven team and helped shape a warm, collaborative culture where people felt ownership and connection.

Beyond growth, I focused on the full customer experience: from intuitive onboarding and user support to long-term success and community engagement.

The result is a platform that helps families find childcare more easily, and allows cities and providers to collaborate more transparently.
