As a versatile and seasoned Finance Director with 20 years PQE, I have spent the 14+ years in influential Senior Leadership and Board roles including, more recently as an Independent NED and professional Executive Coach. My leverage is my strategic perspective. Always forward thinking and always with the business vision in mind. I apply a People and Strategy focus to my leadership which enables me to create high performing, engaged teams, delivering incredible results for organisations, whilst empowering the individuals to meet their full potential. From running Finance teams, raising £m’s in fundraise projects to advising CEO’s, CFO’s and other leaders, I thrive on challenge, learning & problem solving. Having built my own consultancy business alongside my Finance commitments I gained invaluable skills, not only from the experience of coaching leaders but also from the experience and blood, sweat and tears of running a business: Marketing, Operations, Client Sales & Delivery. Once just functions that my peers grappled with, now functions I have experienced, developed and led personally. This has added a huge level of breadth and depth to my senior business skillset. With a proven track record in driving financial success, change management and fostering strategic growth, I believe in resilience, influence and integrity are central to Leadership success and sustainability.
